You should notice on the left side of this page there is a tool bar with some example links. These links can be edited once you have an account you will be able to create categorys and then add links to the categorys. You can hide the categorys depending on where you are say if you where at work you could hide the Social Networking links you see on the left you can change colors set the page it starts instead of this page and much much more.
Please note if you are using internet explorer some pages that use cookies such as ebay may need to be opened in a new windows i have made this just a little tick box in the settings panel. On the left is an example of a new window "Google new window" click one this to see what i mean.Alternatively you could use Google Crome or Mozilla Firefox wich dont require a new window.
